Susanna Negovan is a contributor at FOX 32.
She's the editor and publisher of Splash, a weekly magazine covering style, society and celebrity that she launched in September 2012. It is distributed inside the Sunday Chicago Sun-Times, the Naperville Sun and the Pioneer Press newspaper chain in the northern and western suburbs, reaching hundreds of thousands of readers each week.
Prior to starting Splash, she spent four years as the founding editor of Michigan Avenue magazine, a luxury glossy by Niche Media, the publishers of Ocean Drive, Gotham and LA Confidential. For nearly eight years, she chronicled her social life in a Chicago Sun-Times column called "Susanna's Night Out," and crafted style features under the banner "Shopping with Susanna." She has also co-hosted a weekend talk radio show on WCKG-FM.
Susanna was named a "Woman of Vision" by the Illinois Eye-Bank in 2012, is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and serves on the board of directors of Chicago Gateway Green, an urban beautification non-profit. She has co-chaired fund-raisers for Chicago House, the Gene Siskel Film Center, Little City Foundation, Howard Brown Health Center and more.
She is a graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, and a proud mama to a PAWS Chicago dog named Gus.
