Heart Health: Calculate your heart's 'age'

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - You may be young at heart, but you may not have a young heart.

According to a new report, the CDC says most Americans have a heart older than their real age.

Your heart's "age" means its risk of having a heart attack, stroke, or other life-threatening condition. The average American man has a heart that is 7.8 years older than his chronological age. Tomen have a heart that's typically 5.4 years older.
