Yeaman Machine is a small family owned equipment manufacturing company based in Elk Grove Village. We currently employ a diverse and talented group of individuals and are now looking to enhance our team. We are currently looking for a spirited and detail oriented person to support our office. Successful candidates will be eager and goal-oriented.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Fielding phone calls and directing visitors
- Set-up/coordinate shipments
- Provide support to multiple departments as needed
- Strong sense of urgency and a solid grasp of company priorities
- Good disposition, great personality and hopefully a sense of humor
- Self-starter; Self-motivated
- Efficient and highly organized
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person
- Basic Knowledge of office equipment, multi-line phone, copy, scan
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not needed
This is a Full-time, permanent position. Compensation will be determined upon experience.
