Our company designs, tests, manufactures, and markets specialty pipe fittings for natural gas distribution companies, utilities, wholesale distributors, and their supply chains nationwide.

Duties and Responsibilities for Executive/Personal Assistant Include:
Manage projects, coordinate resources, communicate status
Coordinate and take on several HR responsibilities ranging from advertisement of newly created positions through end of employment
Learn, document, manage, and sustain filing and data systems
Format, edit, and transcribe text, data, and graphics for recordkeeping or public presentation
Prepare correspondence on executives' behalf
Attend meetings, take minutes, distribute notes and assignments
Prepare presentations, gather materials, prepare meeting space
Prepare travel arrangements, itineraries, and packing checklists
Conduct research, provide credible information and sources
Be the gatekeeper for executives time and field tasks when appropriate
Route correspondence, read, monitor, and respond to correspondence
Run errands, handle property maintenance
Make appointments, schedule meetings, coordinate events
Other personal and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements for Executive/Personal Assistant Include:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience supporting executives
Proficient in business technology
IT literate, examples include:
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, OneNote, PowerPoint, Access -- and/or the aptitude and attitude to learn).
Mobile device management skills
High degree of professionalism and discretion while working with confidential, sensitive, or personal information
Self-starter, ability to take initiative, and enthusiasm for career development
Proficiency in managing multiple projects, with a degree of accuracy
Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a highly self-directed manner
Strong problem-solving skills, data driven, logical
Able to drive and coordinate a multitude of responsibilities
