We have an IMMEDIATE opportunity for a seasoned Customer Service Associate. The Ideal candidate excels in a high volume and customer centric environment. This person must possess outstanding customer service skills and a strong wine and spirit knowledge base. We will train the right person.
About Andersonville Wine and Spirits: We are an established business on the north side of Chicago. We focus on providing the highest customer service and carry the widest variety of wine, spirits, and beer products.
Compensation: Initial compensation will be set as $12 an hour for the first 90 days. After the 90 day performance evaluation there will be potential for a merit-based increase.
Everything depends on performance. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn the retail wine and beverage industry.
We are looking for an individual who is sharp, fast, exceptional with high customer traffic, has experience with customer service, cash handling, and stocking. The major focus of this role will be to support the store managers with daily activities including: register work, cash handling, customer service, sales, and stocking.

Customer Service Associate
This is a fulltime customer service, and stocking position. Looking for smart, savvy, retail focused individuals.
• Two (2) years of experience in Wine/Spirits retail with some craft beer background.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have cashier or cash handling experience.
• Must have experience stocking shelves and be able to lift over 40 pounds.
• Sales and retail experience is preferred.
