ACS Radios is the master wholesale distributor of Motorola Two-Way radios and accessories in the Midwest.
We seek a highly-motivated full-time Inside Sales/Customer Representative to perform the following duties:
Provide customer quotations and issue return authorizations
Assist reseller and end users with two-way radio troubleshooting
Provide tracking information and order status
Answer 50-75 incoming calls daily
Recommend and sell additional radios and accessories
Take and enter phone orders and customer notes in Salesforce.com
Make outbound calls to existing customers and resellers

Position pays annual earnings of 35k-50k based on previous work experience. A performance review to determine continued employment will be conducted within 30 days of your start date. Benefits include medical, dental, 401K, Paid Time Off and generous company-paid profit sharing.
Minimum 2-5 years of past sales experience is required. Additional experience with customer service, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and Two-Way Radios is welcomed.
Minimum education requirement is a Bachelor`s Degree.
