Woody Allen makes stop in Chicago

Since 1966, he’s directed 46 different films.  He’s won four Oscars, two Golden Globes and a Grammy.

His films make you laugh, they make you cry, but most importantly - they’ve always made you think.

For five decades, movie legend Woody Allen has crafted some of the funniest and most thoughtful films in some of the most beautiful locations around the world.

From New York to Paris, Barcelona to Rome, he’s made characters out of countless cities – so it was time to ask:  When is he finally going to shoot in Chicago?

It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly 40 years since Allen won over audiences around the world with his masterpiece “Annie Hall” – which all began with that great joke that summed up his views on life.

But with 46 different films under his belt, audiences have argued for decades as to which Woody Allen film is the best.

But for Woody, it comes down to what is arguably the most personal film of his career.

At the age of 79, Woody Allen is still churning out films on a nearly annual basis. And as he spots an old friend on the red carpet, he proves that his quick wit and undeniable charm is still as sharp as it’s always been.
