SUN-TIMES MEDIA WIRE - Three men were wounded in a shooting in the West Side Lawndale neighborhood Thursday afternoon.
At 4:15 p.m., three men, ages 18, 20 and 22, were standing on the sidewalk in the 1300 block of South Homan when someone in a light colored vehicle drove up and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.
The 18-year-old was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition after he was shot in the right leg, police said. A 22-year-old, also in serious condition, was shot in the chest and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital. The 20-year-old man was struck in the buttocks and taken to Mount Sinai where his condition was stabilized.
