Bank robbed in Elmwood Park
SUN-TIMES MEDIA WIRE - A man robbed a bank in west suburban Elmwood Park Tuesday afternoon, according to the FBI.
The 5-foot-5, 200-pound Hispanic man walked into the U.S. Bank branch at 7312 W. Grand Ave. and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, authorities said.
He is thought to be in his 30s or 40s and was wearing sunglasses with a blue button-down long-sleeve shirt, authorities said.
