Eddie Johnson's first day as Chicago's top cop

- From low morale to community distrust, new Chicago police Superintendent Eddie Johnson has a full plate entering his first full day as the city's top cop.

Johnson, who will make $260,000 per year in his new post, was approved unanimously by the City Council on Wednesday.
