Police: Same man followed girl three times on Southwest Side
CHICAGO (STMW) - Chicago Police are warning Southwest Side residents of a man who has been following a girl in the West Elsdon neighborhood.
A girl reported that the same man approached her three separate times in the 3800 block of West 59th Street and offered her a ride, according to the community alert from Area Central detectives. The most recent time, he was exposing and touching himself.
Police described the suspect as a white man between 25 and 30 years old and driving a medium gray four-door vehicle, possibly a Nissan.
