Two 14-year-old boys shot in Gage Park

Two 14-year-old boys were shot on the front porch of a Gage Park neighborhood home Saturday afternoon on the Southwest Side.

A gunman walked up to them about 4:25 p.m. in the 5100 block of South Sawyer, yelled a gang slogan and then opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

One boy was shot in the left leg, and the other in the right arm and leg. Both were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where their conditions were stabilized, police said.
