Survey: Chicago is the second most expensive city to tie the knot

- The weather is warming up, and Chicago's parks will slowly but surely be filling up with festival-goers, pets, and of course, brides and grooms.

Unfortunately, getting married in Chicago doesn't come without a price tag. A recent survey from The Knot found the Windy City to be the second most expensive place in the United States to get married.

Based on responses from 17,773 American brides and grooms who got married in 2015, this year's report saw Chicago jump from the fifth most expensive locale to second place, only behind Manhattan for the location of the costliest weddings.
