CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS) - You can almost smell the tacos in the air.
The inaugural Tacos & Tamales Festivale is bringing all the Latin American classics to the streets of Pilsen on Aug. 6 and Aug 7.
Mirroring the tradition of the Tianguis, a traditional open-air market, Tacos & Tamales offers a wide array of scrumptious food, local art installations, authentic Mexican chefs and who could forget music?
Joining us to talk about the weekend's festivities are organizer Carlos Aquino and Tony Antilez, head chef of Cemitas Puebla.
The main festival entrance will be at the intersection of 16th and Peoria streets. For more information on Tacos & Tamales, check out their website here.
