28-year-old missing man last seen in South Shore

CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) - Chicago Police are searching for a 28-year-old man last seen six days ago in the South Shore neighborhood.

Ambrose Monye was last seen April 21 near Jackson Park Hospital at 7531 S. Stony Island Ave., according to a missing person alert from Area Central detectives.

Monye is described as a 5-foot-10, 180-pound black man with black hair, brown eyes and medium complexion, police said.

Police said he hangs out at coffee shops in the Hyde Park neighborhood, and frequents the John Crerar Library at 5730 S. Ellis.
