49-year-old woman reported missing from Albany Park

CHICAGO (SUN TIMES WIRE) - Chicago Police are searching for a 49-year-old woman with a diminished mental capacity who has been reported missing from her Albany Park home on the Northwest Side.
Gladys Velasco, of the 3300 block of West Eastwood Avenue, was last seen in her home at 6 a.m. Saturday, according to a missing person alert from police. She may be with a 60-year-old Hispanic man named Paul Delgado, who might be driving a green Chevy pickup truck or a green Jeep.
She is described as a 5-foot-2, 190 pound white Hispanic woman with brown eyes, brown hair and fair complexion, police said.
