CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Mayor Emanuel has a plan to help cut crime on the streets of Chicago and it involves putting more police officers on bicycles.
Bike cops are highly visible in Chicago neighborhoods, interact with the community, and are a bit more approachable than police officers in regular patrol cars.
