Fmr. federal prosecutor reacts to Van Dyke case

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - The Chicago Police officer charged in the murder of teenager Laquan McDonald is walking free on bond Tuesday morning. Jason Van Dyke's legal team has a long road in front of them to prove the officer was justified in shooting McDonald.

Former federal prosecutor Jeff Cramer joined Good Day Chicago on Tuesday to discuss when the trial will actually take place and his reaction to the judge’s decision to set bond at $1.5 million.
