CHICAGO (SUN TIMES MEDIA WIRE) - SWAT teams were called to an incident in the Old Town neighborhood on the North Side Sunday afternoon.
At 2:39 p.m., officers responded to a 911 call about a female crying for help in the 300 block of West Evergreen, according to Chicago Police. The incident was over by 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
The residents inside a building left on their own at 8:09 p.m., police said. No one was in custody and charges were not pending.
SWAT teams were calls out of an abundance of caution and because SWAT teams were called out to the same address a week prior, police said.
