FOX 32 NEWS - A woman who recently bought a new apartment has come across some World War II memorabilia in the basement.

Now, she’s on a mission to find the owner or their family.

While looking through her basement, Lisa Hellman stumbled upon a child’s antique desk and chair. When she started cleaning the desk up, inside she found a postcard from 1943, a pack of Lucky Stripes with four cigarettes still inside, and a cigar.

All the items were nicely tucked away in a watch box inside the desk.

Hellman says she feels the items are very important to the owner or family, and that she just wants to get them to whom they belong.
