CHICAGO (Fox 32 News) - A Chicago father is charged with felony aggravated battery after he allegedly beat his 4-month-old baby to stop him from crying.
Malcolm Howard, 22, left the child with a skull fracture and collapsed lungs in Thursday's attack on West Chicago Avenue, police said. The baby is in critical condition.
