CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) - A 58-year-old man found dead in a car that was discovered submerged in Lake Michigan on Monday on the South Side has been identified.
The Chicago Police Marine Unit responded to a call of a car in the water at the 31st Street boat ramp at 2:14 p.m., according to Chicago Police and Fire Media Affairs.
