Chicago hospital asks for public's help to identify man in critical condition

FOX 32 NEWS - A Chicago hospital is asking for help in identifying a patient who was brought to them in critical condition.

The man was brought to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center last Saturday. He was found in the 2000 block of North Humboldt Boulevard, officials said.

The man is Hispanic and looks to be in his 40s. He’s 5-foot-4, weighs 135 pounds, has dark hair and brown eyes.

The man was wearing a blue Chicago Cubs shirt, had on black cargo shorts, was wearing a cross necklace and also had on Nike high-tops.
