CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - It's hard to believe it's already that time of the year - time to get take down the Christmas tree until next year!
From January 2 through January 16, residents can bring Christmas trees to one of 24 Chicago Park District locations to be mulched.
And just a heads up, trees should be removed from any bags when placing them in the tree recycling corrals.
Free mulch will also be available at six designated spots starting January 11.
For more information on where you can drop off your tree, just head to the city of Chicago's website.
