Fmr. federal prosecutor reacts to Van Dyke case

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - The Chicago Police officer charged in the murder of teenager Laquan McDonald is walking free on bond Tuesday morning. Jason Van Dyke's legal team has a long road in front of them to prove the officer was justified in shooting McDonald.
