FOX Furry Friend of the Week: Adoptable cat Lita

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS) - FOX 32 News has teamed up with no-kill shelter PAWS Chicago to bring you an adoptable pet each week. This week, we're featuring an adoptable cat named Lita!

Lita is a gorgeous one-year-old cat who is looking for a home where he will be the star of the show! He came to PAWS Chicago after living as a stray for the first year of his life. Now he is ready to find a home to call his own. Lita takes a little while to get used to his environment but after he feels comfortable, he will walk up to you and ask for head scratches. He does get a little overstimulated sometimes, so he would need to find a home with adults only. Lita is hoping to find a home with a sunny nook where he can take naps.

Lita, along with many other adorable cats and dogs, will be available for adoption today at noon at the PAWS Chicago Lincoln Park Adoption Center, located at 1997 N. Clybourn Avenue in Lincoln Park. For more information call 773-935-PAWS or visit www.pawschicago.org.
