Missing Des Plaines man returned home in good health
DES PLAINES (STMW) - A 25-year-old man reported missing from northwest suburban Des Plaines since New Year’s Eve has returned home in good health, police announced Thursday afternoon.
Justin D. Aspengren was last seen Dec. 31 leaving his house in the 300 block of Woodbridge Road in Des Plaines in his green 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier, according to Des Plaines police.
About 4 p.m. Wednesday, Des Plaines police were notified that Aspengren had returned home.
Detectives interviewed him and determined that he is in good health and no foul play is suspected, police said, adding that the “matter is considered closed.”
