2 men wanted in connection with Gary double-homicide

SUN TIMES MEDIA WIRE - Authorities are asking for the public’s help identifying two men after a woman and a 13-year-old boy were shot to death Saturday night in Gary, Indiana.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 6800 block of East 3rd Avenue in Gary about 8 p.m. Saturday night, a statement from Gary police said.
After entering a home, officers found 35-year-old Temia Haywood and 13-year-old Lavell Edmond unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds, according to police and the Lake County coroner’s office. They were both pronounced dead at the scene and their deaths were ruled homicides.
Police released surveillance images of two men spotted near the home around the time of the shooting.
