Man accidentally buys bear cubs instead of puppies
A story about a man and his dogs, is going viral. Because it turns out, his dogs weren’t actually dogs at all.
A man from China bought two black bears two years ago, when they were small cubs. He says at the time, he thought they were puppies.
But as the “puppies” got got older, he became concerned about their healthy appetites, weight gain and strange behavior - like eating his pet chickens. (Yikes!)
It wasn't until he saw a conservation leaflet that he realized he was accidentally breaking the law by keeping endangered animals.
He then decided to give the bears to an animal rescue center.
