(FoxNews.com) - The search for a missing 2-year-old ended in tragedy Friday when the boy was found dead in a fast-moving creek behind his home.

Grayson Hill had wandered away from his home in Monroe, Wash., about 12:20 p.m. Friday, Q13 Fox reported. Searchers found his body three hours later in Woods Creek, which runs about 35 feet from the home.
