Delta Airlines responds to Ann Coulter tirade: 'Your insults are unacceptable & unnecessary'

ATLANTA (Fox 32 News) - Delta Airlines responded on Sunday after to a 24-hour long tirade of insults and vitriol from conservative commentator Ann Coulter.

Coulter unleashed a flood towards the airline after she had to move from a seat (with extra leg room) that she had pre-booked to another seat in the same row.

Coulter called the woman who was given her seat "dachshund-legged" and said that Delta employees are comparable to prison guards, animal handlers and Stasi policemen. She also claimed their motto must be "How can we make your flight more uncomfortable?"

In all, Coulter tweeted about ten times about her treatment on Delta.

On Sunday afternoon, Delta tartly replied via Twitter: "@AnnCoulter We're sorry you did not receive the preferred seat you paid for and will refund your $30. (cont.) Additionally, your insults about our other customers and employees are unacceptable and unnecessary."
