CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - It's no secret that some Chicago Bears fans are less than thrilled with our starting quarterback's performance the past few seasons. And one lifelong Chicago Bears fan used her obituary to make one final jab at Jay Cutler.
Elizabeth Bowman of Northbrook, Ill. passed away Monday at the age of 78.
"Betsy was an elementary school teacher and later a tutor, but her passion and focus was being a dedicated and involved mother and grandmother. She was a woman of loyalty, integrity, opinion, curiosity and intelligence. A lifelong fan of the Cubs, Blackhawks and Bears (except Jay Cutler)," her obituary in the Chicago Tribune read.
Hopefully the teams gets Bowman's message loud and clear and can pick up their game in her memory next season.
