Meijer recalls 25,000 kids hoodies because of choking hazard

GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan (Fox 32 News) - Meijer stores are recalling 25,000 children's hoodies because they are a choking hazard.

The zipper slider could detach from the hoodies. One incident has been reported. There are no reports of injuries.

The hoodies were sold at Meijer stores under the brand named "Falls Creek" for about $14 from June through October.

The CPSC said that parents should immediately take the hoodies away from children and return them. Meijer is offering a full refund.
