(Fox 32 News) - New research has found that one in four Americans rarely carries cash anymore.
The survey was taken by Capital One Bank. They found that about 28 percent of total weekly purchases are now made using debit or credit cards.
They also found that Millennials (those born between the early 1980s to mid-1990s) are most likely not to carry cash; a third said they "rarely or never" have actual money in their pockets or wallets. Millennials said that paying with cash is "inconvenient."
