CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - The Chicago Blackhawks have done it again! In their latest "What's Your Goal" video, the team has Chicagoans reaching for the tissues.

Emilie Kopija babysits for Ben and Alex Munsie of Westmont, Ill. Young Ben is HUGE fan of the Chicago Blackhawks and suffers from a condition that makes it difficult for him to use his hands and legs. But all Ben wants is to meet a few of his favorite Blackhawks players.

So in true Hawks fashion, the team made that goal happen!

Corey Crawford showed up at his home to surprise him and help Emilie babysit for the day.

"COREY! Is that you?!" Ben exclaimed when Crawford walked down the steps of the Westmont home.

Corey brought Ben and his brother his very own Blachawks jersey and played hockey with them outside. But the surprises didn't stop there!

Teuvo Teräväinen and Andrew Shaw were outside and played along!

The guys finished up their excitied day by making mac and cheese, cookies, and reading a book. Check it out in the video below:
