CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - For the fourth time this season, a Bears regular was forced out of practice with an injury.

Wide receiver Marquess Wilson hurt his foot on the last play of Wednesday's practice, and was unable to suit up Thursday.

The Bears lost Eddie Royal to an injury on the last play of a practice just a two weeks ago.

Inside the Bears locker room, the focus was on both stopping the run, and getting the running game going offensively.  Chicago allowed 177 yards on the ground to the Packers.

Linebacker Pernell McPhee said teams "think they can run on us. it's time to show them they can't."

On the offensive side of the ball, offensive coordinator Adam Gase is looking for more opportunities for running backs Matt Forte and Jeremy Langford.

"I wish we could get more plays in the game to get them more touches," he said.

Forte and Langford split carries almost evenly in Green Bay. Langford said he was fine with the split, and he's there to help carry the load whenever Forte needs a rest. Overall, he believes having both backs on the field makes it difficult for defenses to defend both the rushing and passing game for the Bears.
