Green Line trains on the move after derailment

CHICAGO (STMW) -- CTA Green Line trains are on the move again Sunday morning after a derailment on the South Side.

Service was suspended between the Garfield and 63rd/Cottage Grove stations a few minutes after 6 a.m. because of the derailment, according to the CTA. Trains were still operating between the 63rd/Cottage Grove and Harlem/Lake stations.

Normal service was restored as of 8:52 a.m., according to CTA.
