CHICAGO - Yessica Lay, 26, and her children Dylan Carver, 6, and Maddison Lay-Morales, 2, a woman and her two children who were reported missing from Lincoln Park on the North Side have been located, according to Chicago police.
Police cancelled a missing person alert about 6 p.m. Saturday.
