Lawsuit targets 'degrading' conditions at Broadview ICE facility

The 76-page lawsuit filed by two Chicagoans held in the facility sued Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, Border Patrol chief Gregory Bovino and others for treating men and women at the facility like "animals."
