Missing girl found after mother discovered dead in Chicago, 1 in custody

A 2-year-old girl who was reported missing after her mother was found dead Thursday morning inside an apartment in the Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side has been found safe, and a person is in custody, according to Chicago police.
