Chicago man accused of DUI, found parked on sidewalk with red Solo cup of beer in cupholder, say Riverside Police

RIVERSIDE, Ill. (Fox 32 News) - Police in a Chicago suburb arrested a man for drunk driver after he was found parked on a sidewalk.

Riverside Police arrested Marshawn D. Gibbs, 33 of Chicago, early Saturday morning.

Police said he was passed out and drooling in the driver's seat of a 2005 Cadillac. There was a red Solo cup with beer in the driver's side cup holder.

When Gibbs awoke, police said he believed he was at the intersection of Cermak and Sacramento in Chicago, which is more than six miles away.

Gibbs' blood alcohol was .16, police said, twice the legal limit.
