Police: String of armed robberies on Northwest Side

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS) - Chicago police are warning people on the Northwest Side about a string of armed robberies that took place early Monday in the Albany Park neighborhood.

In each robbery, a group of two to four robbers displayed handguns, demanded cash and valuables and fled the scene.

The suspects are driving a black 2005 Nissan Sentra with the license plate Q817490, according to police.

Chicago Police could not confirm the exact number of robberies or provide a time frame. No one is in custody.
