Radio station pulls R. Kelly's music off airwaves

- The CEO of 95.1 FM based in Harvey, Ind., announced that his radio station will not play any music by R. Kelly in lieu of the controversy surrounding the Chicago singer-songwriter.

Lamont Watts shared a video Wednesday night on the station's Facebook page, explaining his decision: "As a leader of a team where women contribute unselfishly, in a business where the majority of our audience is women, as a son, a brother and a husband of a devoted family, to hear and see the pain and suffering that is real for so many: Effective immediately, we will no longer play the music of R. Kelly."

R. Kelly has been in hot water since the six-part "Surviving R. Kelly" docuseries on Lifetime that focused on his alleged predatory behavior.
