CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - The CTA is launching a new program called "If It's Unwanted, It's Harassment," to remind people not to touch their fellow passengers.

The CTA is implementing the campaign to promote awareness that they do not tolerate harassment on its trains, busses, or other CTA property.

Starting Friday, the campaign will feature a series of messages  that will appear on CTA property.

According to a release from the CTA, the goals of the "If It's Unwanted, It's Harassment" campaign are to encourage customers to report incidents that they experience or witness, educate customers on what to do if they believe they are victims of harassment, and to create awareness by putting would-be offenders on notice that harassment of CTA passengers will not be tolerated.
