CPD officer under investigation after video goes viral: "I kill motherfu****s"

A Chicago police officer is under investigation after video shows him interacting with at least two young men and saying, “I kill motherfu****s.”

The officer goes on to say, "how about I lock you up for walking in the street."

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) has opened an investigation.
