Video captures shooting at beach in Michigan City that left one critically wounded

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. - It was a frightening moment at the beach in Michigan City, Indiana Monday.

Police say they received a call about shots fired at Washington Park just after 4 p.m. 

One person was shot and critically wounded.
