Ivy Kelly's new murder trial delayed after prosecutors lose key witness

Ivy Kelly, whose conviction in a 1999 Robbins murder was overturned after more than two decades behind bars, will face a new trial Dec. 14 after prosecutors said they could not locate a key eyewitness.
