New study: Illinois data centers could cut resident property taxes by 3-10% | The Chicago Report
We spoke with ILEPI economist Frank Manzo about a new study projecting that billions in data center investments will create 121,000 jobs and potentially reduce local property taxes by up to 10 percent in Illinois.
