Chicago poll finds many residents struggling to get by financially

A new ChicagoSpeaks poll finds 43% of Chicagoans are just getting by, 13% are finding it hard to get by and nearly three in 10 can’t pay some bills in full. Vince Welch of NORC discusses what the findings say about the city’s financial health.
