Former Illinois lawmaker Thomas Cullerton pleads guilty to embezzlement

Former state Sen. Thomas Cullerton pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of embezzlement, admitting he improperly took more than $240,000 from Teamsters Joint Council 25.
